📦 Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Estimated processing time: 2–5 business days, unless otherwise agreed.

🛠️ Large Machinery Delivery

For heavy or industrial equipment (CNC, fiber lasers, CO₂ lasers), delivery is arranged via:

Freight forwarding (sea or air cargo from China to Serbia)

Local transport to client’s address

Optional: Delivery to our demo center for pickup or training

You will receive tracking or transport documentation upon shipment dispatch.

💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on equipment size, weight, destination, and delivery method.

Final shipping price will be calculated and confirmed before payment.

⚠️ Duties and Taxes

International shipments (e.g., from China) may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the seller unless otherwise stated.

📅 Estimated Delivery Time

Local stock: 3–7 bussines days

Imported machines (China → Serbia): 4–8 weeks, depending on transport mode and customs clearance.

Please inspect the equipment upon delivery and report any damage immediately.
